GREEN BUILDING
Every home we build is ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED and delivers better performance, greater comfort, and lower utility bills. This also adds great long-term value to the home.
Energy Star Homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the International Residential Codes, and include additional energy saving features that typically make them 20-30% more efficient than standard homes. Energy Star Homes deliver better protection against cold, heat, drafts, moisture, pollution, and noise. An energy efficient home helps ensure consistent temperatures and has greater durability.
Better designs incorporate unique styles and architectural features. We utilize 3-D Computer Aided Drafting to design homes and structures. This allow us to achieve a superior style while providing a detailed three-dimensional look of the home or project before construction begins.
QUALITY
professionals with attention to detail throughout the building process.
Quality;
a. Superiority of kind:
b. Degree or grade of excellence:
c. Marked by a concentrated expenditure of involvement, concern, or commitment:
We are dedicated to performing quality workmanship throughout the building process. Our team of hand-picked craftsmen are selected for their quality and reliability.
Our subcontractors are held to a very high standard, and they know that. They know if it doesn't look right, even if it is level and plumb, we won't hesitate to make them redo it.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
There is a warm unique feeling that defines a Dreamworks home, a completeness to the look and feel that is the result of our focus on the details. We incorporate more finishing elements into our homes than most other builders. There are really two kinds of Builders, there are those who saw an opportunity to make money during the housing boom, and those who love to build.
I think if I were looking for a Builder today, '"I would look for the guy who honestly has a passion for building. You can always tell this kind of builder because they tend to go on and on about materials and methods of construction until your eyes glaze over".
